February is the month of loooove, but also Super Bowl Weekend (in case you want to surprise your guests with stadium food), and Chinese New Year (Have you tried a Sushi lunch?) Also, don't forget that March and April are the months to celebrate Employees Appreciation Month and Administrative Professionals Day, so plan ahead to book availability!

February's Special (and Valentine's)     Employee Appreciation      

 

     Start each week with our delectable Happy Monday specials:

· Monday, February 1st :  Chicken Scaloppini $12.50pp chicken stripes with bell peppers, shallots, currants, in apricot-ginger sauce; with wild rice pilaf  salad, rolls & butter, cookies

· Monday, February 8th: Salmon Niçoise: Salad  $12.00pp French style salad made affordable! With salmon (6 oz), trimmed green beans, small new potatoes, sliced red onions (upon request), pitted Niçoise olives, halved cherry tomatoes, quartered hard-boiled eggs. Served with balsamic vinaigrette, dinner rolls & butter, fruit salad, cookies  

· Monday, February 15th: Jamaican Chicken Kabobs $12.50pp in a creamy pink coconut sauce.  With steamed rice, fruity slaw, rolls & butter, cookies

· Monday, February 22nd: Mung Bean Soup & Sandwich Combo $11.50pp , a tasty, velvety soup, with corn kernels, tomatoes, onions, and carrots (vegan).
