  • We're going green! (March 2008)We are pleased to announce that we have started the process to become a certified green business. We are very happy for this conscious effort and hope it is well received by our customers
  • Eco Friendly products: (March 2008) we have discontinued our lines of plastic products whenever eco-friendly alternatives are available, and have replaced them for eco-friendly products (potato buds, corn starch or recycled paper). As you may imagine, this alternative is far more expensive, reason why we're absorbing a percentage of the cost and let the customer absorb a small percentage of it. In gratitude for your business, the regular fee for the eco-friendly set has been reduced to $.15 cents (versus the $.30 cents per set regular price).
  • quality survey: (June 2008)your feedback helps us assess our strengths and the ways in which we can serve you better. We'd like to announce to our dear clients that we have hired an independent entity to run a survey among our customers. In addition to our in-house desserts that are offered in your meal packages, we offer a selection of premium artisan cakes, hand-crafted to perfection by the acclaimed chef Gerhard Michler. Please order in advance to ensure availability, and please note that if any late order is accepted, a $10.00 late fee will be transferred to your bill. Place your order at least a day ahead, but  no later than 12:00pm for smaller cakes or afternoon delights.

When ordering cakes by the sheet, cakes take three business days of production (with the exceptions of chocolate mousse cake, chocolate raspberry mousse, lemon cream. Opera cake, strawberry bagatelle or cappuccino cakes, that you can order before 12:00pm a business day ahead).
